I have always taught at Huntsville.
In 2009, I received my National Board Certification.
In 1984, I married David Johnson from Elkins. We have been married for 35 years.
We have 3 beautiful daughters, Cassie, Keisha, and Kaylee whom all graduated from Huntsville.
We have 4 awesome grandsons, Kayson, Wyatt, Wade, and Eli.
My husband and I live on a small farm. We have horses, cattle, dogs, and cats.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy camping and fishing.
A few years ago, I caught a spoon bill catchfish near War Eagle Marina on Beaver Lake.
The fish was so big that we could not get an accurate weight. It had to weigh over 70 pounds.
It was 5 and a half feet long from end of bill to tail. The fish measured 32 inches around its biggest circumference.
